signature line above, I give Kidstunes
permission to take my child to music classes in this center. I understand
sessions are 30-45 minutes, once a week, and tuition is $34.00 per month—due
by the 10th of each month. (WOW! That’s only $8.50/week!) There is no
credit for missed classes or school closings unless approved by management.
I also understand two weeks written notice is required before
dropping my child from Kidstunes classes.
